When thin people post bikini pics on social media like “Fuck photoshop this is what a real body looks like” I understand but I also find it like..funny because you’re a size two/four and even with stretchmarks your body type is still the ideal? And there needs to be some acknowledgement of that?

And like as a thin person who’s struggled with body image/eating disorders I understand but also still need to recognize my/our privilege? Or even just remaining conscious that that kind of body is a lot closer to the standard than many others and you still get material and social benefits from that, even as you deal with your own individual issues.
